Ms. MarDock joined the firm in May 2008, after starting her career in the litigation section of Pillsbury Winthrop in Houston. Her practice focuses on automotive product liability cases, personal injury defense and commercial disputes. She has worked on a variety of cases throughout the United States and is responsible for analyzing new matters for responsive pleading strategy, removal to federal court, conducting discovery and investigation, drafting and responding to pleadings and motions, taking depositions and advocating client positions at hearings and trial.
